We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thank you for shopping with Piboo. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the policy below for how returns, exchanges, refunds and rewards are handled for cosmetic products.
1. Summary (Short version)
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Opened/used skincare or cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, except when the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Reward points earned from a returned order will be reversed; points used toward a returned order will be restored upon refund.
2. Return Window & Eligibility
Return window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date for unopened and unused items.
Defective/damaged items: Report within 30 days of delivery. We will require photos and may request return of the item for inspection.
Non-returnable: Opened or used products, trial sachets, hygiene seals removed, gift cards, and clearance/ final-sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. How to Request a Return

(or contact form) with your order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number (if applicable).
Pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) and include the packing slip or order number.
Do not send returns without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item, Piboo will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
If you are returning for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color chosen by customer), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, allow 3–7 business days for inspection.
If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
If the return is denied (e.g., product opened or hygiene seal broken), we will contact you and may return the item to you (shipping at customer’s expense).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you want to exchange for a different eligible product, please indicate this in your return request. If the replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
For items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number.
We will verify and offer replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping (if applicable).
8. Rewards & Loyalty Points
Any reward points earned from the purchase being returned will be automatically revoked at the time of refund.
If you used points to purchase an item that is returned, those used points will be restored to your account upon completion of the refund (unless the points were promotional and non-restorable per the promotion terms).
Promotional bonus points may be subject to specific terms (for example, “non-refundable if used within X days”); check the promotion’s fine print.
All points adjustments will appear on your rewards account and in your order history.
9. International Orders & Duties
For international returns, customs, duties, and import taxes paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs and any import fees for the return are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
