Piboo — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Piboo. Below is our shipping policy so you know what to expect from order processing through delivery.
1) Order processing
Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Same-day processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST may be processed the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
High volume / holidays: During peak times (sales, holidays) processing may take longer; we’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.
2) Shipping methods & estimated delivery times (after processing)
Domestic (U.S.)
Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
Expedited (2-day): 2 business days
Overnight: 1 business day (cutoff and availability depend on shipping address)
International
Economy / Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Express International: 3–7 business days (where available)
These are carrier transit estimates and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier, weather, or customs.
3) Shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, selected service, and destination.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (example — changeable). Any expedited service or international shipments are excluded from free shipping unless stated in a promotion.
4) Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the carrier and tracking number.
Use the provided tracking link to view real-time status. If you don’t receive tracking information within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact us.
5) International orders, duties & taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. These fees vary by country.
Delivery time may be extended while the package clears customs. Piboo is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
6) Address accuracy, changes & undeliverable packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot always change an address after the order is shipped.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email infopiboo@gmail.com
with your order number — we will try to intercept or update before shipment but cannot guarantee changes.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery) may incur return shipping fees. We will contact you to arrange reshipment (customer pays reship fee) or issue a refund less shipping costs.
7) Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and email photos to infopiboo@gmail.com
within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or not received: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, check neighbors, building office, and then contact us. We will open a carrier investigation. For theft claims, carrier resolution varies; we’ll support you through the process.
Important: Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” responsibility generally shifts to the carrier/customer depending on the carrier’s policies.
8) Signature requirement & high value orders
For high-value orders, Piboo may require a signature upon delivery for added security. If you prefer signature required for any order, contact us prior to shipment and we’ll add that option if available (additional fee may apply).
9) PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses
Domestic PO Boxes: We can ship via USPS to U.S. PO Boxes. Some carriers (UPS/FedEx) do not deliver to PO Boxes — choose USPS at checkout.
APO/FPO: We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS; delivery times may be longer.
10) Shipping restrictions & hazardous materials
Most cosmetics are ship-eligible. Some items with flammable ingredients or aerosols may be restricted from air transport and/or international shipment. If an item is restricted, we will notify you and cancel or change the order as needed.
11) Shipping insurance (optional)
Carrier insurance is recommended for high-value orders. If you would like insured shipping, contact us before shipment — additional charges may apply. If you decline insurance, Piboo is not responsible for loss/damage not covered by the carrier.
12) Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled prior to shipping for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, follow our Return & Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
